Step by Step Procedure after Arrival

  1. Dormitory Assignment (Dean’s Office of your Faculty): Receive your dormitory order and three copies of the accommodation contract.
  2. Tuition Agreement (Planning & Finance Department, Room 107, 1st floor): Sign the tuition contract (required to process your multiple entry visa). You can collect signed copies three days later from Room 214a.
  3. Payment (Accounting Department, Room 110, 1st floor): Pay tuition, dormitory fees, immigration registration fee, and visa fee. Present your passport when paying and retain all receipts. All the payments can be done via mobile bank applications.
  4. Tuition Deadline: You must pay tuition no later than 10 days after classes begin.
  5. Immigration Registration & Multiple Entry Visa (International Office, Room 214a, 2nd floor): Submit passport, immigration card, two matte 3×4 cm photos on a white background, accommodation contract, and payment receipts (500 RUB registration + 5000 RUB visa) to register your migration and process the multiple entry visa.
  6. Medical Insurance (Office of Research & International Cooperation, Room 200a, 2nd floor): Purchase a medical insurance policy (4,000 RUB).
  7. Chest X ray (Fluorography Station, 22 B, Khmelnitsky St.): Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30 (break 11:30–13:00). Cost 300 RUB; bring your passport. You receive results on the spot.
  8. Health Check (Dorm 2, Lenin St. 117): Doctor’s hours 08:00–13:00; bring the fluorography result and your dormitory order.
  9. Room Key (Dormitory Warden): 08:00–17:00, lunch 12:00–13:00.

  1. Room 347 or the dean’s office of your faculty — obtain an access pass from the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, and present your chest X-ray result and the tuition payment receipt.
  2. One month later, you can collect your passport with the multiple entry visa in Office 214a.
