Резюме. Впервые приводится список видов позвоночных животных бассейна р. Ботчи по данным собственных исследований и обзора литературы. В настоящее время на территории Ботчинского заповедника и его охранной зоны зарегистрированы 16 видов рыб, 3 – земноводных, 4 – пресмыкающихся, 171 – птиц и 46 – млекопитающих.

Summary. A checklist of vertebrate animals of the Botchi River basin is given for the first time basing on authors’ field researches and published data analysis. 16 species of fishes, 3 species of amphibians, 4 species of reptiles, 171 species of birds, and 46 species of mammals are presently registered in the Botchinskii Nature Reserve and its bordering restricted zone.
